RPP have experience of a wide-range of sport and leisure schemes from small community sports centres and Sports England Football Foundation-funded sports facilities to large multi-sport leisure centres, swimming pools and health and fitness studios such as the Huddersfield and Sedbergh Leisure Centres.
We have also provided a range of services on education sports projects, including sports halls, multi-use games areas and sports pitches for secondary schools, academies and colleges, as well as major university sports facilities such as the multi-award-winning Brownlee Centre for the University of Leeds – which was the UK’s first purpose-built National Elite triathlon training base, providing a permanent home for the world-class Leeds Triathlon Centre.
The requirement to increase the range and quality of leisure, recreational, social and sporting facilities within a modern, user friendly environment is key, as well as understanding the different interests of the stakeholders involved and the requirements of external bodies such as Sports England. We can also support with the bidding process for Sports England Football Foundation funding.
