RPP has experience across the public and private sectors, of new build and conversion, alteration and refurbishment projects - from small housing developments to complex inner-city multi-storey and high-rise apartment schemes and student accommodation – we work with our clients to deliver best value developments.
Our team brings expertise from working with national residential developers delivering award-winning city centre, phased and multi storey developments, as well as providing services for listed mill refurbishments, social and affordable housing, as well as more traditional housing estates.
We also work with developers to deliver high quality student accommodation schemes across the UK. Our experience includes conversion and extension projects to new build high rise projects using modern methods of construction. These schemes, once completed, are often owned and managed by student accommodation specialists.
We have also worked on a number of high-rise Private Rented Sector (PRS) properties and Build to Rent (BTR) schemes as part of regeneration projects, including the 111-unit PRS, The Residence in Leeds and the 10-storey, 259-unit BTR apartments in Becketwell, Derby.
