The project comprised the fit out of a new build 93,000 sq ft, three-storey Volkswagon car dealership for Lookers on York Road in Battersea, London, including showrooms, workshop, car storage area, offices and conferencing facilities.

The scheme was completed within 28 weeks and included an extensive M&E installation with fire suppression and smoke extract system, dual escalators and passenger and car lifts.

The works were completed while 16-storeys of residential apartments were completed above.
