The development comprised two separate sites for the construction of two new pre-let industrial units for two occupiers.
The sites were separated by an existing industrial unit, which was occupied and required 24-hour uninterrupted access.
The works were completed in two phases, Phase 1 in 28 weeks and Phase 2 in 32 weeks.
Optima 20 comprised a single unit of 20,000 ft sq and Optima 50 a single unit of 50,000 ft sq, both feature offices at first floor level, two level access loading doors and car parking, and were built to BREEAM Excellent specifications.
