Airport Business Park at Southend is a 55-acre development by joint venture partners HBD and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, which is creating multi-use flexible business accommodation and warehouse space.

This first unit to complete was the 124,000 sq ft unit for IPECO Holdings, which provides manufacturing accommodation covering an area of 17 football pitches for the specialist aircraft seating company.

Works also included 225 parking spaces and 69 cycle spaces, as well as a new access road through to Aviation Way, connecting the unit to other IPECO buildings on the Business Park.
