Part of the wider regeneration strategy for Doncaster, the scheme created eight new retail units, including three drive-thru’s leased to TGI Fridays, Costa Coffee, Creams Café, Urban Burgers, Estabulo, Burger King, Taco Bell and the UK’s first drive-thru Dunkin Donuts.
All units were designed to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and include a number of sustainable features, such as timber clad units, PV solar panels and nine electric car charging points, along with some 5,000 plants and shrubs and 120 new trees.
