The new Dakota Deluxe Hotel is located in the heart of Manchester, situated between Ducie Street and The Rochdale Canal, a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Train station.
The new hotel was constructed on a former-canal-side surface car park and provides nine-storeys of accommodation, including 137 bedrooms with executive suites on the upper levels, along with a cocktail bar, restaurant grill and terraces.
The works included upgrades to the public realm along the canal tow path and on Ducie Street to create the hotel frontage.
