The project has seen the successful conversion of the first floor of an existing, Grade II listed building in Belgravia to create a new dentist surgery for BUPA.
The ground and upper floors remained fully operational throughout the programme of works, which were completed in 13 weeks.
The works comprised the strip out of the existing floor, creation and widening of existing doorways, installation of new partitions, refurbishing of the windows and doors and upgraded M&E throughout.
