The project comprises a 10-storey, 259-unit build-to-rent apartment block located on the site of a former Debenhams store on Victoria Street in the Becketwell area of Derby.
The building will be constructed using modern methods of construction, including prefabricated, light-gauge SFS steel frame with a brick facade.
Running concurrently is an extensive public realm scheme, which will create a new ‘city square’ in front of the buildings main entrance.
