Yorkshire and North East Next Generation Board – a forum for industry change

RPP are pleased to be part of the Yorkshire and North East Next Generation Board with Morgan Sindall Construction and Gardiner & Theobald LLP.

As an industry we have some interesting challenges ahead, from carbon reduction to addressing the skills and gender gaps within our industry. The aim of the Board is to help our companies to address pressing issues such as diversity, sustainability and talent and skills through listening to the young professionals who are the future of our industry. It also provides a forum to ensure their aspirations and concerns are accounted for in future decision-making processes.

RPP’s Joe Higgins represents the next generation from RPP, which saw the first round table event discussing attracting new talent into the industry and bridging the gap between age and experience.
