Blossom Street starts on site

RPP is working with British Land and their team on the Blossom Street mixed-use scheme in London. Comprising eight buildings the site is in a conservation area, featuring retained buildings and required extensive archaeological investigations. 

The project is refurbishing, extending and creating new buildings to provide new office and retail space. The sensitively designed buildings will bring many vacant or underused buildings back into economic use, providing 28,000m sq of commercial space, 3,100m sq of retail space and 1,400m sq of public realm.
