We have worked with local authorities, developers and owner-occupiers, and with our ability to carry out whole life costing and knowledge of sustainable developments, we are able to help our clients deliver flexible, commercially-viable, sustainable and future-proofed office facilities.
For many of our clients, we are also working with them to build a suite of options to achieve net zero carbon on their projects, in construction as well as operation, while also assessing designs for opportunities where we can apply circular economy principles or the London Mayoral Plan.
Providing hands on support in the development of their projects, we have worked with clients such as British Land, CEG: and Imperial War Museum on their redevelopment, refurbishment and new build office facilities, providing services from across our extensive portfolio, including project management, principal designer, cost consultancy and asbestos services.
