The project comprised the construction of a drive-thru coffee restaurant to Costa Coffee’s requirements, sited on the 52-acre Southend Airport Business Park, where we are also working on a number of industrial units for the client.

Comprising cladding and curtain walling, combined with brickwork external walls. The building was constructed to a shell finish, together with external works, including car parking and patio area ready for fit out by the tenant.
