Two Highly Experienced Specialists Join RPP Asbestos’ Expanding Team

RPP’s Asbestos Consultancy has appointed two highly experienced industry professionals as it sets its sights on growth.

James Sigsworth joins as Asbestos Director & UKAS Quality Manager responsible for the strategic direction of the team and overseeing all technical and quality aspects of UKAS accreditation. With over 20 years’ experience he brings a wealth of expertise to the role gained from his time at both Element Materials Technology and Ensafe Consultants, where he was responsible for managing large teams and ensuring exceptional levels of UKAS quality compliance. James will work closely with RPP’s Asbestos Services Manager, Chris Gaukroger who is responsible for managing operational delivery across the UK.

Also joining the team as an asbestos surveyor is Richard Thompson, a highly experienced Health & Safety Manager with over 15 years’ experience. Qualified in asbestos surveying and removal and NEBOSH trained in health and safety, he has worked for both The Coal Authority and social housing providers identifying and managing asbestos removal.
