Springwell Gardens is a development of 223 apartments over four to sixteen storeys, located within the Southbank area of Leeds. The development creates a sustainable, inside-outside living experience.
The exterior features a sail-like design, alongside high-quality interior design, combined with private, south facing roof terraces and a residents-only communal garden contained within the central courtyard to encourage bio-diversity.
Strategically located on Whitehall Road, the development includes studios, two and three-bed apartments, top floor penthouses , 490 sqm of commercial space divided into two units at ground floor, along with secure cycle storage and private car parking for 46 cars.
Work started on site in late November 2021 and reached practical completion Q1 2024.
