Celebrating our latest round of Promotions

It’s been a great start to the year for six of our colleagues across the RPP Group, who have been recognised for their continued hard work and excellent client service delivery.

Richard Baker and Gavin Lowe have become Directors, with Pete Harrison, Joe Higgins, Usman Latif and Minnie Ledger promoted to Associate.

Richard has been with RPP for 16 years and has a wealth of experience providing Project Management, Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services, focussing on industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors.

Gavin joined the business in 1999 as a trainee and having departed in 2015 to work for a retail developer, returned in 2021.  Gavin specialises in the retail and logistics sectors and is currently working at The Trafford Centre and Eldon Square, Newcastle on retail alteration/ refurbishment projects.

Our Leeds office see’s three promotions to Associate.

With over 16 years’ experience, Pete provides quantity surveying, project management and employers agent services across a mix of industries, particularly infrastructure, logistics and industrial and is currently working with HBD on a large regeneration & infrastructure of a contaminated brownfield site to bring forward a major employment development.

Both Minnie and Joe joined RPP’s RICS-accredited degree apprenticeship programme, qualifying in 2016 and 2020 respectively.  Minnie has been working with developers in the industrial sector and currently working with Leeds City Council on high rise social housing projects, whilst Joe has been assisting Gridserve with the delivery of their electric vehicle charging programme as well as working with various social housing associations across the region to deliver much needed housing.

In our Marlow office, Principal Designer, Usman also becomes an Associate. Having joined RPP in 2020, he has over 12 years’ experience working in health & safety and CDM compliance, specialising in Construction Safety and the provision of Principal Designer and Client advisor roles. Currently, working with our main client HBD to deliver high end projects including SETL Cornwall House (Residential) and The Island Manchester (Commercial Offices).
