Practical completion achieved at Latitude, West Yorkshire

RPP are pleased to announce the practical completion of Latitude industrial park for Wilton Developments. The scheme adds  two new build warehouse units of 43,000 sq ft and 34,000 sq ft, to the industrial park, which is located at Junction 31 of the M62, Castleford, West Yorkshire.

Both warehouse units achieved an EPC A rating and feature roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, HGV EV charging infrastructure and 15% roof lights to increase natural light and reduce energy usage.
